Dear Pat, In rely to your E-mail of 21/8/01, I type out below =
summaries of some documents I have come across which might be of =
interest to anyone searching for their ancestors, or for the history of =
property in NFL. The originals are all in the Devon Record Office, =
Castle Street, Exeter and are legal documents, very long and verbose =
(those guys were paid by the number of words, I reckon.) Following the =
practice of professional archivists I have summarised them to select out =
the dates, names, job descriptions, and property details, missing out =
