There is a small map of the property which is described as Situate in the Parish of St Petrox in the County of Devon and parcel in the Manor of South Town in the said County late in the possession of Elizabeth Hampen tenant and all that garden behind the said dwelling house and court….. bounded on the East by the Kings Highway, on the North by the lands of W Newman Esq., on the West by part of the garden formerly in the possession of Grace Stapledon Widow but now of E W Holdsworth & on the South by & adjoining a dwelling house & garden formerly in the possession of Grace Stapledon but now of the said E W Holdsworth
